Terms and Conditions
Every workshop will be charged in full, on the day of booking.
(1.1) If the participant requests to cancel the workshop at least 14 days before the workshop date, then the participant is entitled to a 50% refund.
(1.2) If the workshop is cancelled by the participant within 14 days of the workshop date, then the participant is not entitled to a refund.
(1.3) The Participant must make any cancellations in writing by email to: richard@richardcampionphotography.com.
After booking the workshop the participant will receive an email confirmation of their workshop, along with an invoice and a receipt thereafter.
Richard reserves the right to make amendments to the itinerary of the workshop, however if the amendments are such that the participant will be impacted, then Richard will contact the participant and the participant will be provided with the following options:
(3.1) Accepting such amendments.
(3.2) Booking an alternative day or workshop.
(3.3) Request a refund.
In the event that the workshop has to be cancelled due to adverse weather, the participant will be offered to rebook the workshop for a different date, or book a different workshop of same value.
The participant should understand that all wildlife workshops involve working with wild animals, outside of the captive environment, and therefore an amount of flexibility and understanding is required. In the unlikely event that wildlife doesn’t show up, the participant will be offered another workshop at a discounted price for a future date.
Richard Campion Photography does not accept any responsibility for the loss of, or damage of any items or personal effects owned by the participant, nor does Richard Campion Photography accept any liability for any loss or additional expense caused to the participant. Any such loses are solely the responsiblity of the participant.
Richard Campion Photography does not accept any liability for death, physical injury, illness or any other harm caused to the participant.
The participant agrees to keep wildlife workshop locations confidential in order to protect the wildlife from unnecessary pressure.
The participant agrees not to return to the locations visited on their workshop(s) for the purpose of promoting their own workshops and/or tours.
The participant is not permitted to disclose locations visited on their workshop, this includes mentioning locations on social media.
Richard reserves the right to stop any workshop, if he feels that the behaviour of the participant is, or could have, a negative impact on the wildlife. In this situation no refunds or future workshops will be offered to the participant.
By paying for the workshop the participant agrees to all of the above Terms and Conditions.
